Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, there is a 1 week minimum rental.

However, we offer large discounts for longer periods: 1-12 month. For a custom offer, please reach out to sales@fluidstack.io

Are you really 2-5x cheaper?

Yes! We aim to beat main cloud competitors e.g. AWS/GCP by at least 50%.

No extra costs:
Our pricing is all-inclusive, all the time. Unlike most providers, FluidStack doesn't charge any extras for server specifications e.g. bandwidth, CPU, RAM or storage.

Most clouds will charge an unexpected 15-35% extra for data-transfers, storage etc. A nasty surprise which causes budgeting issues. We disagree with this, and believe price visibility is essential.

Undercut guarantee:
If you find identical machines for cheaper, we'll beat it by 10%.

What is uptime like?

Your machine is fully dedicated 24/7.

Are the machines secure?

Our machines are based in secure datacentres, each with strong physical and virtual security policies. We have several security levels (Tier 2-4), and meet all the industry standards.

If you have sensitive data, please request our most secure centres. We provide full security details on request and tailor our centres to meet your, and your clients, needs.

Where are the machines based?

In leading data centres all over the world. We have 100s of locations for the lowest latency connections. We try and allocate you a machine in the same city for <30ms latency.

What software can I run?

Anything you like. We offer both Windows and Linux.

Do they have static IPs?

Your machine has one static IP. We can forward ports for an additional fee.

How do subscriptions work?

When you purchase a server on our website, you automatically enter into a recurring subscription. This subscription will automatically renew after the duration of your purchase, for a period equal to the initial duration you rented the server for.

E.g. If you purchase a server and select the monthly pricing, you will rent this server for 1 month. If you do not cancel the subscription before the end of the first month, it will automatically renew for 1 extra month and so on.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel a subscription and avoid it renewing, please send a request with the machine name you want to cancel to support@fluidstack.io

Note that this request needs to be made at least one day before the subscription renewal date.
